A safely guided outdoor workout for the 50+ age range, to music from the 60s, 70s and 80s. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30 am at Joe Sam's Leisure Park in Waterdown. Drop-ins pay $20 at class. Included for 50+ monthly members.
